Our Team

We are certified recyclers operating within a regulated mechanism in the modern waste management ecosystem. Our primary goal is to issue tradable EPR credits or certificates to producers through a physical infrastructure required to collect, sort, and process post-consumer waste in an environmentally sound manner. We work with manufacturers in meeting their legal environmental responsibilities and support regulatory compliance.

Co-Founder
Vivek Rangabhashyam is a seasoned branding and marketing expert with a unique blend of experiences spanning diverse industries. His journey, originating from a military family and encompassing education in eight different Indian states, instilled in him an adaptability and deep cultural understanding that enriched his professional expertise.
Born on October 22, 1991, in Hyderabad, Vivek’s early years were shaped by the disciplined yet nurturing environment provided by his father, Group Captain Vinod Rangabhashyam, and his mother, Suman Rangabhashyam. Growing up in a family that frequently moved due to his father’s military service, Vivek experienced a childhood rich with diversity, resilience, and cultural exposure.
Kanishk Bansal

Kanishk is 33 years old and an MBA graduate from IBS with a natural flair for finding creative solutions to challenges.
He began his career at JP Morgan, where he worked for two years and in 2016, he transitioned into his family business
Married and settled, Kanishk balances his professional commitments with a fulfilling personal life. Beyond work, he is passionate about traveling and exploring new places. He believes every journey contributes to his personal growth.
